Thanks to SharePlay, it'll soon be possible to share screen content on Mac with contacts during FaceTim content. The feature isn't yet available in the current version of the macOS Monterey beta, however, it is in the beta for macOS 12.1 and works exactly as Apple had described.

Apple finally pulled the trigger on the starter gun, and macOS Monterey just took its first few strides as an official release today. The new operating system is available for all compatible Macs, and exactly which those are will be revealed in this article.

Apple recently released an update called "Device Support Update". However, there were hardly any details about the exact content in the description. Now it seems clear that Apple has changed the update strategy regarding the synchronization of iPhones and iPads with a Mac.

For those still running macOS Catalina, there's a known issue with version 10.15.7 – the system process "accountsd" eats up a great deal of performance more than it should and slowing the entire OS. However, there's a known fix to the issue.
